Star Utsav on DD Free Dish
In the second round of the ongoing 85th annual e-auction of DD Free Dish, some other channels including Star Utsav have also successfully won vacant MPEG2 slots. On the first day, “Zee Anmol”, “Colors Rishtey”, “Sony Pal” and Sun TV Network’s “Sun Neo” channels had won the slots. On Tuesday, JioStar paid Rs 18.25 crore for Star Utsav.
JioStar Network has reserved slots for three other channels apart from Star Utsav in which Star Utsav Movies, Colors Cineplex Superhits and Colors Cineplex Bollywood will be added in Mpeg2. JioStar also bid more than 18 crores for all these channels. Not only JioStar, Sony Pictures Networks also got a vacant slot of 16 crores for Sony Wah.
All major Hindi GEC channels from Big broadcasters will be live on DD Free Dish from 1st April 2025 including your Star Utsav and Colors Rishtey.
