Shemaroo to Launch Shemaroo Filmi Gaane channel
Shemaroo Network Private Limited is planning to launch a New Hindi Music channel named “Shemaroo Filmi Gaane” for Rural and Urban Audiences. Already shemaroo Group runs 2 channels such as Shemaroo TV (Hindi General Entertainment Channel), and Shemaroo Umang (2nd Hindi General Entertainment Channel). Now they are entering the Music category.
As of now, Broadcaster applied for a trademark for the Shemaroo Filmi Gaane channel. Once registered by Govt. of India, Broadcaster will start its Test Transmission from GSAT 30 C Band satellite as Free to Air FTA and will be done competition with other FTA Hindi Music channels named “9XM”, ” 9X Jalwa”, “Music India”, ” E 24″ etc. Also, the channel may launch first on the Direct to Home DTH Platform “DD Free Dish” to get more TRPs.
