Atrangi TV will be Removed from Airtel DTH

Direct to Home DTH platform “Airtel digital TV” is going to remove the recently launched a new Hindi general Entertainment channel “Atrangi TV” from its platform. This channel was launched in June 2022 with all original shows, ullu app series, international dramas etc. by Vibhu Aggarwal, founder of Ullu App. From the first day of launch, the channel was added to all popular DTH and cable TV services including Tata Play, Dish TV, d2h, and Airtel Digital TV. Now the channel is unable to manage agreement instalments which are decided by DTH platforms.

Last month, Tata Play also removed the Atrangi TV channel due to an agreement and payment dispute and then a few days back, Dish TV and d2h also dropped this channel due to carriage fees issues. Now next turn is Airtel Digital TV which is also started scrolling on the channel that Atrangi TV will be removed from the 28th of September due to the same agreement issues. Earlier it was planned to remove from the 11th of September but later Atrangi TV asked for more time to finalize pending payments. If Atrangii TV is unable to solve payment issues before the 28th of September then the channel will be removed permanently. As of Now Atrangi TV is only available on DD Free Dish, Dish TV (From DD Free Dish Frequency), and Airtel Digital TV.
