Discovery to Launch Eurosport 2 Channel
Discovery India is planning to expand its footprint in the Sports Category with the launch of another Sports channel named “Eurosport 2“. Currently Broadcaster applied for a Trademark and once they got registered then channel transmission can start anytime. As of now Many Sports channels are running from other popular Broadcasters including JioStar and Sony Sports Network.
Discovery Network runs Eurosport and Eurosport HD and is available on All major DTH/Cable TV platforms. Once the trademark is registered, an application for licence will be applied to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) to start transmission of the channel on C-band satellite.
