India TV to Launch India TV Prime HD channel
“India TV” is a popular Hindi-language news channel in India owned by Editor-in-Chief Rajat Sharma. It is known for its news coverage and current affairs programs. Now they are planning to launch its high-definition HD version of the channel named “India TV Prime HD” which has already testing for the last few months on Intelsat 20 at 68.5 degree east C Band Satellite.
India TV Prime HD channel is currently under the Test Phase and running from Intelsat 20 C Band on Transponder Frequency: 3923, Polarization: Horizontal (H), Symbol Rate: 7000. As of now the channel is showing only the “Superfast 200” news program all day. India TV has not yet revealed the launch date of the channel but once it is officially launched then it will be available on all major direct-to-home DTH and Cable TV Platforms such as Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV, etc.
