Media Worldwide to Launch Woman TV channel

Media Worldwide Limited is ready to expand its footprint with the launch of “Woman TV” a 24×7 English Entertainment General Entertainment Channel dedicated to Women. Media Worldwide decided to shut down the existing Bengali Music channel “Bangla Talkies” due to they already have another Bengali Music channel named “Sangeet Bangla”. Woman TV channel is going to Launch with effect from the 28th of July 2023 onwards in place of the Bangla Talkies channel.

Woman TV will be available on major Direct to Home DTH and Cable TV Platforms such as Airtel Digital TV, and Sun Direct. Woman TV will be paid channel with al carte price of Rs.3/- per month and available from Intelsat 20 at 68.5 degree east C Band Satellite on Downlink Transponder Frequency: 4090, Polarization: Horizontal (H), Symbol Rate: 14368. Media Worldwide also runs other channels such as Sangeet Bangla (Bengali), Sangeet Bhojpuri (Bhojpuri), Sangeet Marathi (Marathi), Music India (Hindi), Hi Dost (English), and Travel XP (Lifestyle/Infotainment).
