Zee Media to Launch Wion HD Channel

Zee Media Corporation Limited is planning to launch its English News HD channel named “Wion HD” in India to show National and International News in High Definition HD Quality. Zee Media is already running the Wion channel in the English News Category and is Now ready to start its Test Signal Transmission in HD Feed. Zee Media applied for a channel Licence in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting MIB and after some months the channel license has been approved and the channel can start transmission at any time on Intelsat 20 at 68.5* east C Band Satellite.

Wion HD is currently available on Zee5 app as Live TV and now they are ready to launch as a Satellite TV channel. Wion HD will be available as an encrypted channel by the broadcaster and channel price is still not yet revealed. Zee Media also runs many news channels in different categories such as Zee News (National), Zee Uttar Pradesh Uttarakhand, Zee Madhya Pradesh Chhattisgarh, Zee Bihar Jharkhand, Zee Punjab Haryana Himachal, Zee Delhi NCR Haryana, Zee Salaam, Zee 24 Taas, Zee 24 Kalak, Zee Rajasthan News, Zee 24 Ghanta etc.
