OTV Network to Launch “Tarang HD” channel

Odisha TV Network Private Limited runs Four Popular Oriya Channels in India named “OTV” (News Channel), “Tarang”(Oriya GEC), ” Tarang Music”(Oriya Music), “Prarthana TV”(Oriya Devotional), and “Alankar TV”(Oriya Movies). Now Broadcaster is ready to bring another channel to Oriya Market with the launch of ” Tarang HD” the First HD Channel in his segment.

After the launch of “Star Kiran HD” as the first Oriya HD channel, OTV Network is also ready to start its Tarang TV channel in High Definition. Tarang HD channel will bring Oriya Entertainment programs in HD quality. Currently, Tarang HD is in the Test Phase by Broadcaster in GSAT-30 at 83* east. C Band.

As per sources, the Tarang HD channel may launch within 5 to 6 months in HEVC HD format and will be available on major direct to home DTH and Cable TV platforms.
