Zee Media Corporation Limited is planning to expand its Channels portfolio with the launch of its First Northeast channel named “Zee 24 Ghanta North East“. Zee Media applied for a Trademark of the channel to get registered and start the Test Signal Transmission of the channel. Zee will be the first big broadcaster who is trying to enter in North East Market because no one big broadcaster is interested to start a North East channel.

Zee 24 Ghanta North East will be an Upcoming 24×7 Assamese News channel that will give you Breaking and Current affairs news from the whole North East. Before that many Small broadcasters runs North East News channels such as News Live, DY365, Prag News, North East Live, NE News, NKTV 24×7, News daily 24×7, Assam Talks 24×7, etc. Zee 24 Ghanta North East will be an encrypted channel and every subscriber needs to pay at least 0.10/- paisa per month to watch this channel after the Official launch.
